Triple K investments Ltd is a privately owned construction and Real Estate development company incorporated and registered in Uganda, Ranked as the number 1 private Construction and Real Estate Developer in Uganda.
Has established and continues to develop several housing estates in different areas located in the outskirts of Kampala City. The sites established include; Lweza, Gayaza, Makerere, Kawempe and many other sites.
In addition to the standard facilities of a tarmac road network, water and power supply, street lighting, drainage, the Master Plans provide for a number of other Amenities, including a Dispensary, Shopping mall, Recreation Park, Schools and Kindergartens, places of worship, an 18-hole golf course, swimming pools, playing courts and pitches, green areas, a modern shopping mall, a commercial & business park, a four-star hotel, office park & innovation centre

Objectives
- To carry on the business of building, construction, consultants, architects, fumigation, surveyor, decorator, brick-maker, timber merchants or any other business which any conveniently be carried on in connection herewith.
- To carry on the business of building, erecting, instituting, establishing and operating schools, collages, institutions of learning and educational in Uganda.
- To provide and impact an all round high standard Christian education to all people regardless of religion, race or sex, establish and maintain co-education institutional with the purpose of offering elementary, science and arts education coupled with spiritual growth.
- To engage in the construction of student dormitories, hostels, classrooms and other structural facilitates to be used for schools, colleges and other educational institutions.
- To provide manpower and managerial skills and support staff to ensure proper management of schools, colleges and or other education institutions.
- To carry on the business of importing, stocking, leasing and selling all type of telephones, telegraph, cable and wireless communication and to establish, work, manage, sell, hire and maintain all telephone and related accessories and any other system for communication.
- To establish and carry on the business of manufacturing of bricks, cement block and slabs, kerbs, tiles, pottery, earthworks, china terracotta, concrete, steel fabrication and ceramics of all kind.
- To develop the resource of the same property by building, reclaiming, haulage and transport contractor, omnibus proprietors, clearing and forwarding agents and any other business which may be conveniently carried on in connection therewith
